Dubai Parties is an events discovery and booking platform operated by Space Lab, a Dubai-based event, booking, and production agency operating under an official trading licence. We list club nights, pool days, and experiences at venues we track directly, and we handle bookings on your behalf where noted.
In plain language: we're the middleman between you and a great night out, and we take that responsibility seriously.
When you book through Dubai Parties, you're agreeing to the price, date, and terms shown at checkout. Table reservations, ticket purchases, and pass memberships are confirmed once payment is processed. Prices are set by us or the partner venue and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific event or booking type, and will be shown clearly before you complete a purchase. As a general rule: tickets and table bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event, unless the event itself is cancelled or rescheduled by the venue.
We work directly with the venues we list, and we do our best to keep dates, prices, and details accurate and current. Venues can change entry policies, dress codes, or programming with little notice — we'll flag anything we're told about, but the venue's on-the-day policy always takes precedence.
Membership perks, discounts, and affiliate commissions are subject to the specific terms shown when you join. We manually review every affiliate application before activation — approval is at our discretion, and commission structures may be adjusted with notice to active affiliates.
Dubai Parties connects you with real venues and events, but we're not liable for the conduct of venue staff, changes made by the venue itself, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (weather, licensing issues, force majeure). Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.
We may update these terms as Dubai Parties grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
