This is a plain-language overview of how Dubai Parties (operated by Space Lab) collects and uses your information. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice.

1. Who We Are

Dubai Parties is operated by Space Lab, a Dubai-based event, booking, and production agency. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

In plain language: we collect what we need to confirm your booking and get back to you, nothing more than that.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and confirm bookings, table reservations, and pass memberships
To respond to enquiries sent via email, WhatsApp, or our contact forms
To send booking-related updates (confirmations, changes, reminders)
To improve the events and venues we track, based on what people actually book

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We share the minimum information necessary with partner venues to honor a booking (name, party size, arrival time). Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider, who processes card details directly — we don't store full card numbers on our systems.

5. WhatsApp & Messaging

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices as well as ours. We use WhatsApp conversations to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to process bookings.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies to keep the site working properly (like remembering your booking session). We don't currently run third-party advertising trackers.

7. Data Retention

We keep booking records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, support, and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize older enquiry data periodically.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll handle it directly — no account login required.

9. Children's Privacy

Dubai Parties is intended for adults of legal drinking age in the UAE (21+). We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Dubai Parties grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
